RECORDING TIPS - EQ FREQUENCIES
The human voice sounds scratchy at 2khz, nasal at 1khz and the p sounds
pop below 80hz. These frequencies should be cut.
The high frequencies can be boosted in the 8 to 12 hz region to provide
a hot sound! The 3 khz area will provide clarity if needed and the
200-400 hz region will give body!
Electric Bass is tinny at 1khz and boomy at 125 hz!
The sound can be boosted below 80hz. The sound is dependant on the
strings!
