Losing Weight

"Enough is Enough"

Introduction:

Hello .... I am an overweight man. I have been carrying this excess baggage for 50 years LOL... and now as it happened hundreds of times before... I decided to go on a diet. This time I decided to follow a different approach.. I decided to tell the world, to advertise, to share my experience with each individual who passes by, to seek motivation in my fight against the flabs, and to express my ideas and perhaps somebody will benefit from it.

Please If you do not agree with something that is written below.. forgive me.. It is only my opinion and I would love to hear yours. Send me how you feel and i will share it with others. Let us have a forum where we can benefit form each other's experience. Let us do it together

Why do I want to lose weight?


What do I follow?

I am an engineer by profession and I believe in the energy as something that can not disappear. You intake energy and you spend energy. If you intake more than what you spend, you gain weight and if you spend more you would lose. Simple? Yes.

Calories, Calories and Calories + Motivation = Weight Loss (and You are my motivation!)

Each individual, according to the level of activities he / she does needs a certain level of calories. However for a normal average level we need 2500 calories a day and for every 3000 - 4000 calories that we will miss or store it will represent 1 pound (450Gm) that we shall gain or lose.

I count my calories and keep an average of 1500 calories a day.....This will translate in a pound that I should lose every 4-5 days. Let us hope !!!!
